Neoticus blanche skin lightening - Someone ask about dark brown spot on his dad forehead. Sameone answer to use Neoticus Blanche. These are probably sun spots. There are over the counter products, Neocutis Blanche is one that our derm office usually recommends. I believe it contains hydroquinone and any product with this would help bleach out the spots.
